The Erickson Senior Living Pedestrian Bridge is a 3-piece precast concrete structure in Bethesda, Maryland, fabricated by Nitterhouse and erected by Precast Services, Inc. in coordination with Whiting-Turner. Connecting an existing parking garage to an occupied apartment high-rise, the project required an onsite survey, detailed planning, and precise coordination to account for existing conditions and limited installation space. The successful erection demonstrates PSI’s ability to execute specialized precast installations within complex, occupied environments.
