We are certified in complex structures and have erected all types of precast concrete components such as wall panels, hollow core slabs, double tees, beams, girders, stair stringers, and more.

Canterly at Livingston Parking Garage – New Jersey

We are proud to have completed the construction of a state-of-the-art, 2-story parking garage as part of the expansive $49 million Newark Police and Fire Training Facility. This garage, comprising 195 precast pieces, is located on the historic site of the former William H. Brown Academy school building in Wilmington, Delaware. The school had remained vacant since a devastating fire in 2017.

Harrison Avenue Warehouse – Kearny, NJ

Our team was responsible for constructing a three-level parking garage consisting of 232 precast members at a busy job site in Roseland, New Jersey. This project was a critical component of a larger apartment complex, requiring precise coordination with multiple trades working on various aspects of the overall construction.
