Precast Concrete Erection is the core of Precast Services.  Our Company was founded on the ability to assemble Architectural and Structural Precast components in the Commercial, Industrial, Transportation and Institutional Construction Markets. Precast Services is a PCI Certified Precast Erector.  We are heavily involved in the Precast/Prestressed Institute working on the Committees that shape our industry. We are certified in complex structures and have erected all types of precast concrete components such as wall panels, hollow core slabs, double tees, beams, girders, stair stringers, and more.

The Livana Livingston – Pleasant Avenue Parking Garage is a 229-piece, 4-level precast concrete structure in Livingston, New Jersey, fabricated by Nitterhouse and erected by Precast Services, Inc. in coordination with Kushner. The project required careful coordination between existing property conditions and cast-in-place construction, including crane pad modifications to support the precast installation. Through close collaboration and precise planning, the team successfully completed the structure, demonstrating the importance of coordinated execution on complex construction sites.

The 6 Sylvan Way Parking Garage is a 5-level, 368-piece precast concrete structure in Parsippany, New Jersey, manufactured by High Concrete Group and erected by Precast Services, Inc. in coordination with Avalon. The project required careful planning and coordination within an active construction site, with limited roadway space for deliveries and challenging crane positioning. Through precise execution and close collaboration among multiple trades, the team successfully completed the precast structure while navigating demanding site conditions.

Erickson Senior Living Pedestrian Bridge | Precast Pedestrian Bridge – Bethesda, Maryland

The Erickson Senior Living Pedestrian Bridge is a 3-piece precast concrete structure in Bethesda, Maryland, fabricated by Nitterhouse and erected by Precast Services, Inc. in coordination with Whiting-Turner. Connecting an existing parking garage to an occupied apartment high-rise, the project required an onsite survey, detailed planning, and precise coordination to account for existing conditions and limited installation space. The successful erection demonstrates PSI’s ability to execute specialized precast installations within complex, occupied environments.
