The Livana Livingston – Pleasant Avenue Parking Garage project involved the erection of a 4-level, 229-piece precast concrete parking structure in Livingston, New Jersey.
Located on West Mount Pleasant Avenue, the parking garage is part of a 280-unit apartment complex. The precast components were manufactured by Nitterhouse and erected by Precast Services, Inc., with Kushner serving as the general contractor.

The Livana Livingston parking garage required specific coordination due to the conditions of the property and the project's cast-in-place (CIP) construction.
Coordination between the property conditions and CIP work required specific crane pad modifications during the precast installation. This added an important logistical consideration to the erection process and required coordination among the parties involved.
Through collaboration among the project team, the 229-piece precast parking structure was erected safely and successfully.
