Pre-Construction

Successful complex commercial projects always start with good preconstruction planning. We have been a leader in assisting general contractors and owners in the best ways to integrate precast assembly into the overall complexities of a construction project. Preconstruction planning requires attention to detail in all aspects of the construction project, especially site preparation. Ensuring a strong communication line with the contractors and other sub-contractors is key for on-site efficiency and avoiding conflicting operations.

Site Preparation

City or intercity environments with tough access constraints can be a challenge when using large precast components. The need to figure out the logistics of how to bring in components to the site as well as cranes can be difficult if not thoroughly planned out. Depending on the project type, size, and location, the area for machines, vehicles, and your team will vary. Having an open communication line and discussing the project scope is important for the site preparation and overall success of the project. Everyone’s goal is to be able to do their job with ease. We believe that by being integrally involved throughout the preconstruction period, we can assist the construction team in developing the best plan for success.

Our Experience with Pre-Construction

We have had great success working with structures that incorporate below-grade components, active roadways, malls, hospitals, railways, and more. Our efforts during preconstruction have not only helped with logistics but have helped our clients construct structures in such a way to maximize safety and speed. The preconstruction process helps remove the unknown variables for all parties, provides a clear picture of how the project will be completed, and gives the client and the construction team confidence that success is achievable.
