The project site was located within a busy business complex where a new high-rise building was under construction.
The parking garage was positioned between two retaining walls and two sides of the new building, creating a highly constrained work area. These conditions required a high level of coordination to ensure the structure was erected safely.
Additional planning was necessary to remove the crane from the limited footprint, requiring careful sequencing and collaboration among all project partners.
Despite the challenges presented by the confined job site and surrounding construction, the erection of the 273-piece precast parking structure was completed successfully.
Through coordination and planning, the project team was able to execute the installation safely within the constraints of the site.
