The scope of work included multiple phases of erection and installation across the project site, requiring coordination with ongoing construction activities.
"The time and effort put forth on this project was a tall task. The office and field personnel from Precast Services stepped up and delivered a fantastic service that will serve this community for years to come."

The James River SWIFT project is a $500–600 million development that required extensive coordination over an extended duration.
The Precast Services team erected 9 standalone buildings and installed precast hollowcore roof systems on two cast-in-place (CIP) structures over the course of six mobilizations spanning two years.
The jobsite conditions were continuously evolving due to the size of the property and ongoing utility work. This required constant coordination with multiple trades and adaptability throughout the project lifecycle.
Close collaboration with the general contractor allowed the team to reduce time onsite, supporting the overall project schedule while maintaining efficiency across each phase of work.
Despite the scale and complexity of the project, along with changing jobsite conditions and coordination with multiple trades, the precast installation work was completed successfully.
Through careful planning, coordination, and execution across multiple mobilizations, the team delivered consistent results that supported the overall progress of the project.
The successful execution of the James River SWIFT project required coordination among several project partners.
