The 6 Sylvan Way Parking Garage project involved the erection of a 5-level, 368-piece precast concrete parking structure in Parsippany, New Jersey.
Precast Services, Inc. completed the precast erection while working within an active construction site where multiple projects and trades were operating simultaneously. The precast structure was manufactured by High Concrete Group, with Avalon serving as the general contractor.

The 6 Sylvan Way Parking Garage was erected on a busy, active jobsite, requiring close coordination with multiple projects and trades working in the area at the same time.
Tight site roadways provided limited room for trucking operations, making careful coordination especially important as precast components were delivered to the site.
Crane positioning presented an additional challenge. Once the crane moved outside of the parking garage footprint, particular attention was required to position and operate the crane within the site's limited available space.
Despite these constraints, Precast Services successfully completed the erection of the 368-piece precast parking structure while working alongside the other construction activities taking place on the site.
