Precast Services is a PCI Certified Precast Erector.  We are heavily involved in the Precast/Prestressed Institute working on the Committees that shape our industry. We are certified in complex structures and have erected all types of precast concrete components such as wall panels, hollow core slabs, double tees, beams, girders, stair stringers, and more.

Fabricated by Nitterhouse Concrete Products and erected by Precast Services Inc. in coordination with BNE Development/Construction, the project required precise sequencing and close collaboration to support future residential construction that will surround and integrate with the garage.

The 650 From Road Parking Garage is a 627-member precast concrete structure in Paramus, New Jersey, fabricated by Dailey Precast and erected by Precast Services Inc. in coordination with Russo Development. The project required detailed planning, sequencing, and close collaboration among all partners to manage large-scale logistics and ensure efficient installation. Completed three weeks ahead of schedule, the structure highlights the benefits of coordinated execution and precast construction efficiency.

M Station Phase II Parking Garage | Precast Parking Structure Expansion – Morristown, NJ

The M Station Phase II Parking Garage project involved the installation of 348 precast concrete members as part of a horizontal expansion to an existing operational parking structure. The project required portions of the existing garage to be dismantled to seamlessly integrate the new precast components, while maintaining uninterrupted facility operations throughout construction. Through detailed planning, close coordination, and efficient execution, the project team successfully completed the expansion within tight site constraints.
