Precast Services was contracted to dismantle damaged precast from the Tidal Health parking garage structure that was originally erected in 1995. We faced a challenging situation when the four-story parking garage experienced a partial collapse, specifically on level 2. Following the removal of necessary pieces, new precast units were erected in place of the damaged product, and the structurally adequate panels were reinstalled.
The 4-story parking garage was damaged on level 2. In order to address the issue, we had to undertake a meticulous dismantling project, carefully removing levels 4 and 3 to access and dismantle the damaged sections on level 2. The dismantling process required a delicate touch. Our highly skilled professionals utilized specialized equipment to carefully disassemble and remove the affected sections. Our team navigated the complexities posed by the damaged area, ensuring that our actions were precise and calculated. Finesse and precision were critical in the success of the job.
