The MacArthur Boulevard Warehouse is a true testament to our precast success. This 208,345 square foot warehouse is located in the bustling area of Mahwah, NJ, and our team played a pivotal role in bringing it to life. We were responsible for erecting 197 precast panels, a critical component of the warehouse’s structure.
Despite the complexities of the project due to the busy roadways, our team completed the erection of the precast panels with precision and safety, contributing to the overall success of the warehouse construction project. Our expertise was further showcased by the utilization of a Liebherr LR-1200 crawler crane, which was instrumental in setting the precast concrete panels in place. This crane, with its high lifting capacity, proved to be the perfect choice for the project, allowing our skilled team and crane operators to set the precast panels with precision and efficiency.
