The Belmont Park Village transformation project in Elmont, NY was an ambitious undertaking that aimed to create a new hub for sports, entertainment, retail, and hospitality, while spurring local economic growth and tourism. Our team was proud to play a crucial role in this project by erecting 877 precast panels for the Retail Village and UBS Arena, home of the New York Islanders, ensuring the critical structural support needed for these iconic buildings.
Our team leveraged its extensive experience and expertise in construction to efficiently complete this task, utilizing two cranes and collaborating closely with other crews on-site to streamline the precast erection process. The success of this project was dependent on strong communication skills, specialized equipment, and precision execution, all of which our team provided to meet the project’s original schedule and ensure no set-backs.
Working alongside Northeast Precast and Aurora Contractors, we were able to deliver on the project’s goals and achieve the high level of success that was required.
