As part of the Northeast Service Division, Precast Services was contracted specifically for the erection of the precast concrete parking structure, coordinating crane operations, sequencing, and installation within a highly constrained urban footprint.

Erecting a large precast concrete parking garage in the center of West New York presented significant logistical and engineering challenges. The structure occupies the entire city block between 57th Street and 58th Street, surrounded by residential buildings, active businesses, and narrow city streets.
To complete the precast erection, the crane was required to sit directly in the street. This introduced critical considerations involving:
Through early coordination and detailed planning, overhead lines were successfully relocated, while underground utilities were protected using a crushed stone crane road and timber crane mats. Street closures were coordinated with the City of West New York, allowing the precast erection process to proceed safely and efficiently.
