In the summer of 2023, Precast Services, together with High Concrete Group and Belle Contracting, completed the PARQ Parsippany Parking Garage in Parsippany, New Jersey. This 6-level structure is a key element of a large-scale redevelopment project that is transforming a former business park into a vibrant, multi-generational community.
The broader development includes new townhomes, multi-family residences, retail establishments, and recreational areas, all surrounded by open green spaces and modern facilities. The garage was built in a tight corner of the jobsite, which created unique challenges for the construction team. Careful logistics planning ensured the precast loads could reach the crane safely and that the crane could be assembled and disassembled within the limited driveway leading to the garage. With access constraints in mind, the project sequencing was designed to reduce crane and equipment movement, which kept the project on track and efficient.
