Barry
L. Cooper - Founder and CEOUpon discharge from Military Service, Mr. Cooper's construction
experience commenced again in 1969 as an experienced Ironworker. He
was responsible for the erection of structural steel on numerous high-rise
structures. In 1982, Mr. Cooper expanded his erection experience by
serving as a General Superintendent for a reputable erection company,
responsible for the installation of Precast Concrete and Natural Stone
Products.

Charles N. Mayer - Founder - Precast Services, Inc.
Since 1956, Mr. Mayer has been directly involved with the
installation of Precast concrete and Natural Stone Products. He
began his career as an Ironworker Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman and
General Superintendent. The valuable knowledge gained from actual
field experience has attributed to Mr. Mayer's successful advancement to
positions of total managerial responsibility as Precast Division Manager
and Vice President for a reputable erection company. |

| James Mirgliotta
- Founder - Precast Services, Inc. Mr.
Mirgliotta served his
apprenticeship with Ironworkers Local 17 starting in 1951 working for
American Bridge Company on such projects as steel mills, power houses,
bridges, and general steel erection projects. Five years following he was
a foreman, general foreman and superintendent for various companies in the
Cleveland area both in the steel erection and general contractor field.

Bo Kusznir - PresidentBo began his
career with a Bachelor’s Degree from Pennsylvania State University in
Civil Engineering. His work experience spans a diverse range, from being
a Research Assistant at the Pennsylvania Transportation Institute,
studying asphalt binders, to working at various companies in Sales and
Project Management. He has been involved in the construction of roads,
bridges, movie theaters, shopping centers, warehouses, offices, parking
garages and manufacturing facilities. Mr. Kusznir has been a Director of
Project Management for a major precaster headquartered in Pennsylvania.
Recently he has been active at the Precast/Prestress Institute working
with various committees. Mr. Kusznir holds an Honorable Discharge from
the Army Corps of Engineers, and currently resides in Ohio with
his wife and four children. |
Jonathan Smith - Executive
Vice PresidentMr. Smith's construction experience began in 1968
as a Project Coordinator for a major precast operation. His
construction experience has been well diversified, serving in many
functions including estimating, design, delivering and erecting Masonry,
Natural Stone and Precast concrete products for many commercial projects.
Mr. Smith has also served as Vice President and Operations Manager for an
area specialty subcontractor. |

Ron
Cooper - Executive Vice President
Mr. Cooper's career in the construction industry began in 1980 as a
State Certified Welder. After completing an Engineering Program at
Kentucky State University, Mr. Cooper served as a Project Engineer on a
multi-million dollar renovation project in California. Mr. Cooper
has since held such positions as Project Foreman, Project Superintendent,
Field Engineer, and Estimator for a major Construction Management company.
Mr. Cooper currently holds an Associate Degree in Architecture from The
University of Kentucky. Mr. Cooper is also
recognized by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) as a
Certified Field Auditor. |
Michael
J. Drop - Vice President - Architectural PrecastMr. Drop holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Construction Management. His construction experience commenced in
1988 as an Estimator and eventually to the position of General Manager for a prefabricated architectural panel subcontractor. His assorted
responsibilities were comprised of contract review, design planning,
production scheduling, erection and material inventory for several
commercial office building projects. |

W. Winterfield - Vice President of Field Operations
Mr. Winterfield worked in the construction industry since
becoming an apprentice Ironworker in 1966. His experience was
exceptionally diverse encompassing Structural Steel, Precast and Natural
Stone Erection. Mr. Winterfield had performed in the roles of
Journeyman, Gang Leader, Area Foreman, General Foreman and General
Superintendent.

Bernie Nowak
- Project Manager
Mr. Nowak started his professional career in sales after graduating
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Statistical
Analysis from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He has been involved
in the construction industry since 1990, advancing into upper management
with a mid-size General Contractor specializing in retail development,
supermarket and light industrial projects. Mr. Nowak has extensive
experience in all aspects of the construction business ranging from
management of office and field personnel to negotiations with project
owners. Mr. Nowak is a past member of the Construction Employers'
Association Board of Trustees.

Aaron Vnuk - Project Manager
Mr. Vnuk started his construction experience while still enrolled in
college on a co-operative education assignment at the Notre Dame Stadium
Project in 1996 assisting with project management and engineering.
After completing his undergraduate work at Valparaiso University (Indiana)
with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree, he joined Precast
Services, Inc. full time in 1997 to assist with estimating and erection
operations. Mr. Vnuk is active within the Precast/Prestressed
Concrete Institute' (PCI) Erection Committee and is a Certified Field
Auditor under the Qualified Erector Program.

Michael
A. Hudgins - Safety OfficerCertified as a Construction Health and Safety
Technician (CHST) by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene and the
Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Mr. Hudgins' career in the field
of Construction began as a laborer with Local 860 in 1988. Mr.
Hudgins soon became involved with all aspects of construction safety,
serving as a Safety Officer since 1991. His knowledge gained through
both on the job training and classroom instruction, including the OSHA
Training Institutes '500 Instructor Course, allows him to perform a
variety of duties which include employee safety training, site safety
inspections, hazard assessments, and the maintenance of OSHA
record-keeping requirements. Mr. Hudgins is also recognized by the
Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) as a Certified Field Auditor,
and is a Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
