Precast Services, Inc., a union contractor founded and owned by ironworkers, is seeking experienced Precast Foreman to manage future projects. We specialize in the erection and installation of Precast Concrete Products, such as Parking Structures and Building Facades. One of our business philosophies is to provide our customers high quality service, delivered in a safe and timely manner. Candidates must meet the following qualifications: MUST BE A UNION IRONWORKER. * Must be knowledgeable in the erection of Structural Precast Parking Garages and/or Architectural Precast panel erection with a minimum of five years total precast experience. * Must be a self starting, motivated individual with strong managerial/coordination skills. * Must have a strong working knowledge of blueprint reading. * Must be willing to travel. * A familiarity with layout work is a plus. The position(s) also include the following: * Opportunities to receive bonuses and other incentives such as the option of purchasing company stock after one year of employment. * Travel expenses.
